Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (except on Friday where patients are seen from 7:30 until 12 Noon). Please try to arrive 20 minutes early if this is your first visit to us or if you have new insurance information to give us.
We do not charge for telephone calls. In fact, we encourage communication if you have any questions about your treatment. However, please make non-emergency calls during office hours, so that your chart will be available for review. We will try to call you back as quickly as possible.
Our charges reflect the customary fees of physicians in our community. They are based on the number and complexity of your problems. At the end of an appointment, you may pay by cash, check or credit card. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. To help us keep accurate records, please let us know of any name, address, phone number or insurance coverage changes. Before your appointment, please discuss your insurance coverage with us. If we are contracted with your insurance company, we will handle your claim according to our agreement with them.
If you need a refill, please call your pharmacy and not our office. The pharmacy will then notify us and we will respond within 48 hours. Call a few days before your prescription is finished. For safety reasons, refills cannot be handled after hours and on weekends since we may not have access to your records.
